Casa Norte was born from the passion for good products, from the desire to create a fun and friendly bar and from the northern Spanish roots of its owners.
This very personal project is built around a bar with food from the north, inspired by very specific and special products that the owners had in mind from the beginning. A simple and honest concept that revolves around two of the menu's main protagonists: cod, a classic, and almitas, bacon shavings from Soria that pay homage to tradition and an authentic flavour that is hard to find elsewhere in Madrid. Accompanying this gastronomic proposal, the wines occupy a central place, with special attention to Galician whites and Ribera del Duero reds, along with another must from the north: vermouth, served on tap.
Casa Norte understands its location as an essential part of its identity: a space where gastronomy coexists with emotion and encounter, adapting its proposal to the rhythm and energy of an iconic place in Madrid.
