The following Terms and Conditions establish the conditions of the “FATHER'S DAY AT BERNABEU MARKET” draw as well as the requirements and rules that all those who participate in the promotion (hereinafter, the Participants) must be aware of.
FIRST - Object of the Competition: RESTANIMA, S.L.U., hereinafter BERNABEU MARKET, with NIF: B70206313 and address at Calle José Abascal, 59 planta 3 puerta D 28003 MADRID, is organising a prize draw on the occasion of Father's Day. The competition will be open to any user who follows BERNABEU MARKET on the social network Instagram and who also “likes” the publication of the
competition and comment on the photograph published for the raffle. The winner will receive a voucher worth €100, redeemable exclusively at BERNABEU MARKET.
SECOND - Period of validity: The competition will start on the day the photo is published on social networks on 16 March and you can participate until 19 March. The winner will be announced on our official Instagram profile on 20 March 2026 and the prize can be redeemed at our facilities until 30 June 2026.
THIRD - Participants: All natural persons over 18 years of age who carry out the required actions during the period of validity of the Competition and comply with the established rules may participate in the draw, free of charge.
Participants must have a valid email address to provide to our official profile when we contact them, in case of winning, in order to send them the voucher in QR format, which can be redeemed at our facilities.
BERNABEU MARKET employees, as well as their direct family members and any other person professionally related to the Competition are excluded from participation. In addition, minors are prohibited from participating.
This promotion aims to ensure that the draw between the different participants is carried out on an equal opportunity basis and with strict respect for the rules of good faith. For this reason, BERNABEU MARKET will exclude from the draw any participant who transgresses the rules of good faith, observes inappropriate or improper conduct, makes improper or slanderous comments or writes in the comments section anything that could offend or hurt a person, company or entity, uses disproportionate, fraudulent or abusive means, or breaches these rules in any of its ends. The participant will be responsible for any claim received by the organisers derived from the text sent to participate in this Promotion, holding the organisers harmless against any claim that they may receive from any third party for such reason, with the participant alone being responsible for the consequences of their actions or words while participating in the competition. Participation in this prize draw requires the full acceptance, on the part of the participants, of all the clauses contained in these terms and conditions.
FOURTH - Mechanics of the Competition:
FIFTH. - Description and awarding of the prize:
The winner will be selected randomly from all participants via a sweepstakes application.
The winner will receive a voucher in QR format for an amount of €100 in the email address provided, which can be exchanged exclusively at the BERNABEU MARKET facilities. RESTANIMA, S.L.U. accepts no responsibility for errors in the e-mail address provided by the winner or for delivery problems attributable to third parties.
The result of the draw will be announced on 20 March via our official profile. Once the winner has been announced, we will contact the winning profile via private message through the sweepstakes application.
If the winner does not respond to the private message within two (2) calendar days of the first contact, i.e. before 17 February, he/she will lose the right to the prize, which will automatically pass to the next participant selected by the application as an alternate, repeating the same procedure until a single winner is contacted.
In the event of fraud, doubtful entries or non-compliance with the rules, BERNABEU MARKET reserves the right to declare the prize void.
SIXTH - Protection of Personal Data:
In accordance with data protection regulations, the organising entity informs that it will proceed to process the personal data provided by the participants, in the following terms:
Purposes: The purpose of the processing is exclusively to manage the participation of the participants in the competition described in the rules until its full execution, including the delivery of prizes to the winners.
Lawfulness of the processing: The lawfulness of the processing of the personal data provided is based on the consent given by the data subject, on an individual basis when participating in the competition according to the purpose described.
BERNABEU MARKET will not carry out any processing of images of the winners or accompanying persons or use their image for commercial or promotional purposes in its media or social networks without their consent.
Communication of data: The data collected may be provided to other companies/organisations related to the management of the services provided by the entity (for the execution, management
administrative and/or accounting services of the development, Tax Agency, etc.) or auxiliary to them, as well as in those cases provided for by law.
Conservation periods: once the promotion has ended, the personal data provided will be cancelled, being blocked, and will only be kept at the disposal of the Public Administrations, Judges and Courts, for the attention of possible liabilities arising from the processing, during the period of prescription of these. Once the aforementioned period has expired, the data must be deleted.
Rights: Participants are informed of the possibility of exercising their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, limitation and portability to the processing of their personal data by means of a written request addressed to: derechosrgpd@bernabeumarket.com. In addition, on social networks you may exercise the rights conferred by law, although, since these platforms belong to third parties, the responses to the exercise of rights will be limited by the functionalities allowed by the social network in question, so we recommend that before following our profiles on social networks you review the conditions of use and privacy policies of the same. If you consider that your treatment does not comply with the regulations in force, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority at aepd.es
The personal data required in this competition are necessary to guarantee the transparency and objectivity of the process, and participants are therefore obliged to communicate them.
SEVENTH - Acceptance of the Bases:
Participation in the Competition implies full acceptance of these rules, as well as express submission to the interpretative decisions. Failure to comply with any of the rules will result in the exclusion of the participant from this draw.
EIGHTH - Amendments and/or Annexes:
BERNABEU MARKET reserves the right to make modifications or add subsequent annexes to the mechanics and prizes of the Competition, provided that there is just cause for doing so, and undertakes to communicate the new rules, conditions or definitive cancellation.
NINTH - Taxation, Jurisdiction and Applicable Law:
In accordance with Royal Decree 439/2007 of 22 December 2007 (art. 75.3f), prizes for which the withholding tax base does not exceed 300 euros are exempt from withholding.
These legal bases will be governed in accordance with Spanish law. In the event of any divergence in the interpretation of these rules by the participants, the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid will be competent to resolve any claim or dispute that may arise, and the participants expressly waive any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
