RULES OF PARTICIPATION OF THE DRAW “LA PEÑA BERNABEU MARKET - 17 MAY, REAL MADRID RACE”.”
The following rules establish the conditions of the draw “LA PEÑA BERNABEU MARKET - 17 MAY, CARRERA DEL REAL MADRID”, as well as the requirements and rules that all those who participate in the promotion (hereinafter, the “Participants”) must be aware of.
FIRST: Purpose of the draw
RESTANIMA, S.L.U., hereinafter BERNABEU MARKET, with NIF B70206313 and address at Calle José Abascal, 59, 3rd floor, door D, 28003 Madrid, is organising a promotional draw on the occasion of the race that will take place on 17 May 2026.
The draw will be open to all those who, fulfilling the requirements established in these rules, register in the BERNABEU MARKET loyalty programme called “LA PEÑA” during the day of the race, i.e. 17 May 2026.
Three (3) meals at BERNABEU MARKET, valued at one hundred euros (€100) each, will be raffled among all validly registered Participants, to be redeemed exclusively at BERNABEU MARKET facilities.
SECOND Period of validity
The period of participation in the draw will begin and end on 17 May 2026, coinciding with the celebration of the race. Only those who register correctly in the LA PEÑA loyalty programme on that day will be entered into the draw.
The winners will be selected and communicated in the days following the celebration of the race, by e-mail sent to the address provided by each Participant at the time of registration in LA PEÑA.
The prize may be redeemed during the two (2) months following the date of communication of the prize to the relevant winner.
THIRD - Participants
The draw will be open to all individuals over the age of 18 who register correctly in the BERNABEU MARKET's LA PEÑA loyalty programme on 17 May 2026 and comply with these rules.
Each Participant may only participate once in the prize draw. For this purpose, only one registration per person and email address will be accepted. In the event of duplicate, incomplete, incorrect or fraudulent registrations, BERNABEU MARKET reserves the right to exclude such registrations from the draw.
Participants must provide a valid email address at the time of registration with LA PEÑA, as this address will be used to communicate the winner's status and to send, where appropriate, the information necessary for the enjoyment of the prize.
Employees of BERNABEU MARKET, as well as their direct family members and any other person professionally related to the organisation or management of the prize draw are excluded from participation. Likewise, participation is forbidden to minors.
This promotion aims to ensure that the draw between the different Participants is carried out with equal opportunities and with strict respect for the rules of good faith. For this reason, BERNABEU MARKET will exclude from the draw any Participant who violates the rules of good faith, observes inappropriate or improper conduct, uses disproportionate, fraudulent or abusive means, provides false information or breaches these rules in any of its ends.
Participation in this prize draw requires the full acceptance, on the part of the Participants, of all the clauses contained in these rules.
FOURTH Mechanics of the draw
To participate in the draw, interested parties must:
Participation in the prize draw will be automatic for all those who meet the above requirements during the period of the promotion.
FIFTH. Description and award of the prize
Three (3) prizes will be drawn, each consisting of a meal at BERNABEU MARKET worth one hundred euros (€100), redeemable exclusively at BERNABEU MARKET facilities.
Each winner will be entitled to one (1) prize. Unless expressly authorised by BERNABEU MARKET, the same Participant may not be awarded more than one prize.
The winners will be selected randomly from all validly registered Participants during the period of the prize draw, by means of a random selection application, tool or system.
BERNABEU MARKET will communicate the status of winner to each winner by e-mail sent to the address provided at the time of registration in LA PEÑA, during the days following the celebration of the race.
The prize must be redeemed within two (2) months from the date of communication of the prize to the winner. Once this period has elapsed without the prize having been redeemed, the winner will lose the right to enjoy it, without being entitled to any compensation, substitution or indemnification whatsoever.
The prize will not be exchangeable for cash or for any other prize, product or service other than those expressly provided for in these rules. In the event that the consumption made is less than the amount of the prize, the difference will not be refundable or cumulative. In the event that consumption exceeds the amount of the prize, the excess must be paid by the winner.
RESTANIMA, S.L.U. accepts no responsibility for errors in the e-mail address provided by the Participants, nor for delivery problems attributable to third parties, including, among others, anti-spam filters, server errors, full mailboxes or technical incidents beyond the control of BERNABEU MARKET.
In the event that it is not possible to contact a winner, if the e-mail address is incorrect or non-existent, if the winner rejects the prize, fails to comply with these rules or cannot prove compliance with the participation requirements, BERNABEU MARKET may award the prize to the next Participant selected as an alternate by means of the same random system.
In the event of fraud, doubtful entries, incomplete registrations or non-compliance with these rules, BERNABEU MARKET reserves the right to exclude the Participant concerned and, where appropriate, to declare the prize void.
SIXTH - Protection of personal data
In accordance with current legislation on data protection, the organising entity informs that it will process the personal data provided by the Participants in the following terms:
Data controller: RESTANIMA, S.L.U., with Tax Identification Number B70206313 and address at Calle José Abascal, 59, planta 3, puerta D, 28003 Madrid.
Purpose: The personal data provided by the Participants will be processed for the purpose of managing their participation in the prize draw described in these rules, making the random selection of winners, communicating the results to the winners, managing the delivery and enjoyment of the prizes and meeting any legal obligations arising from the promotion.
Likewise, registration in the LA PEÑA loyalty programme will be governed by its own conditions and privacy policy, which must be accepted by the user at the time of registration, without prejudice to the specific information relating to this prize draw.
Lawfulness of processing: The legal basis for the processing of personal data linked to the prize draw is the acceptance of these terms and conditions and participation in the promotion. With regard to the LA PEÑA loyalty programme, the legal basis will be that which corresponds to the applicable conditions and privacy policy.
Data processed: BERNABEU MARKET will process the data necessary to identify the Participants, verify their valid participation, contact the winners and manage the delivery and enjoyment of the prize, including, among others, name, surname, email address and those data provided in the registration in LA PEÑA that are necessary for the correct management of the promotion.
Data communication: The data collected may be communicated to companies, suppliers or organisations related to the management of the services provided by the entity, including those necessary for the execution, administrative and/or accounting management of the promotion, as well as to the Public Administrations, the Tax Agency, Courts and Tribunals or other organisations when there is a legal obligation to do so.
BERNABEU MARKET will not carry out any processing of images of the winners or accompanying persons, nor will it use their image for commercial or promotional purposes in its media or social networks, unless it has the corresponding express consent.
Conservation periods: Once the promotion has ended, the personal data provided for the management of the prize draw will be cancelled or blocked, and will only be kept at the disposal of the Public Administrations, Judges and Courts for the attention of possible liabilities derived from the processing during the corresponding limitation period. Once this period has expired, they will be deleted.
Rights: Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing and portability of their personal data by sending a written request to derechosrgpd@bernabeumarket.com.
Likewise, if the Participant considers that the processing of his/her data does not comply with the regulations in force, he/she may submit a complaint to the competent supervisory authority through aepd.es.
The personal data required to participate in this prize draw are necessary to guarantee the transparency, objectivity and correct management of the process, and Participants are therefore obliged to provide them if they wish to participate in the promotion.
SEVENTH. Acceptance of the terms of reference
Participation in the draw implies full acceptance of these rules, as well as express submission to the interpretative decisions adopted by BERNABEU MARKET in relation to the promotion.
Failure to comply with any of these rules will result in the exclusion of the Participant from the draw and, if applicable, the loss of the right to the prize.
EIGHTH Amendments and/or annexes
BERNABEU MARKET reserves the right to make modifications or add successive annexes to the mechanics, dates and prizes of the draw, provided that there is just cause for this, undertaking to communicate the new bases, conditions or, where appropriate, the definitive cancellation of the promotion by the same means in which the draw has been communicated or by any other means it considers appropriate.
NINTH. Taxation, jurisdiction and applicable law
In accordance with Royal Decree 439/2007, of 30 March, which approves the Personal Income Tax Regulations, prizes whose withholding base does not exceed 300 euros are exempt from withholding or payment on account.
These terms and conditions shall be governed in accordance with Spanish law.
In the event of any divergence in the interpretation of these rules by the Participants, the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid will be competent to resolve any claim or dispute that may arise, with express waiver by the Participants of any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, unless the applicable regulations establish otherwise.
