Kogumi

Kogumi is a Japanese restaurant focused on the tradition of robatayaki and sushi. We seek intensity in subtlety, combining technique, product and fire.

In the robata, Japanese embers, smoke and flame enhance noble cuts with Japanese sauces. The sushi maintains a classic line, where the product and the artisanal precision are expressed in each bite, with brushed finishes.

Reinterpreted main courses such as Singapore Chilli Crab or Japanese wagyu bibimbap complete the menu, along with other must-try dishes such as our classic fresh udon ramen.
